How do I turn on location services for a web browser?

RadPoker is required to determine the location of your computer while using our services, this is necessary to participate in RadPoker contests or place wagers in authorized states.  To learn how to change your permission settings to allow your browser to share your location information, please select the browser you wish to use from the list below.  

• Chrome Browser

• Firefox Browser

• Safari Browser

How to share location data when using the Chrome Browser

By default, Chrome asks you when a site wants to see your location. To let the RadPoker know where you are, you must choose Allow. RadPoker services will not function properly if you do not permit location sharing.  

Windows

1. Navigate to RadPoker.io and click the lock icon to the left of the address bar. 

2. From the dropdown that appears, select Site settings.

   In the Permissions section of Privacy and security, scroll to Location.

3. Select Allow from the dropdown to the right.

4. Return to RadPoker.io and reload the page.

    

 

macOS

1. 1. 1. Visit RadPoker.com and Allow the website to collect location data.

      2. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Block button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset Location Data and Privacy: Click on the Location error  or Lock icon to the left of the address bar > Always allow the site to access your location > Done

      3. Click Open Preferences

      4. On the Privacy tab, select Location Services, then click the Lock icon.

      5. Enter your computer’s password > choose Google Chrome > Return to RadPoker.io and refresh the web page.

 

How to share location data when using the Firefox Browser

Windows

1. 1. 1. Visit RadPoker.io and Allow the browser to collect location data when prompted in the upper-left corner of the screen.

      2. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Block button by mistake, please follow
         these steps to reset Location Data and Privacy: Click on the Location error icon  > Under the
         Permissions section, click on the X icon next to Blocked Temporarily > Return to the RadPoker.io and refresh the web page.

macOS

1. 1. 1. Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy.

      2. On the Privacy tab, select Location Services, then click the Lock icon, and enter your computer’s password.

      3. Check Enable Location Services > choose Firefox > return to RadPoker.io and refresh the web page.

      4. Allow the website to use your current location.

      5. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Block button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset Location Data and Privacy: Click on the Location error icon  > Under the Permissions section, click on the X icon next to Blocked Temporarily > Return to RadPoker.io and refresh the web page.

How to share location data when using the Safari Browser

macOS

1. 1. 1. Visit RadPoker.io and Allow the website to use your current location.

      2. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Don’t Allow button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset Location Data and Privacy: Click on the Safari menu > Preferences.

      3. On the Websites tab > Location > choose the RadPoker link > Allow
