Withdrawal Policy

The maximum processed withdrawal amount for a player is $6,000 per 7 days and €/$/fr 15,000 per 30 days, unless otherwise specified in the promotional Terms and Conditions, where exceptions may be made for players with higher VIP status and players who win a progressive jackpot.

For larger withdrawals,RadPoker may split the amount into smaller withdrawals to facilitate the request. However, any withdrawal fees incurred will not be increased as a result of this segmentation.

Customers are required to verify their identity immediately after creating an account with us. The first step is the registration form, and depending on the payment methods used, there are various limits and parameters as to when and if we request KYC. A successful deposit through instant SEPA accounts such as verified ID and POA. Standard Verification Documents

Photographic Identification: A copy of a valid identification document with a photograph is required. This biometric document can consist of a scanned Passport, Driver's License, or ID Card/Residence Card. Specifically, it is the ID's photo page that we require for our checks. Please ensure that your full name, photograph, complete address, and signature are visible on the document.

Proof of Address: This can be presented in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or credit card statement. It must be a recent document (last 3 months) showing your full name and address as registered in your account with us. If you provide a credit card bill, make sure to blur out the middle eight numbers of the credit card.

Authenticated Documentation: Your documents may need to be authenticated by a duly qualified notary/solicitor, signed, and stamped as proof of legitimacy upon our request.
